Apex hosts 3 annual meets: the Long Island Winter Classic, the Flowerfield Invitational and the Lil Luau. 
In addition to our own meets we also host several gymnastics camps throughout the year including Gym Momentum (Tony Retrosi), Apex High performance camp and Details Matter by Precision Choreography.  Each of these camps brings together several of the best coaches in the country under one roof, including National team coaches, Olympic coaches and international coaches. 
Finally, Apex hosts the largest college showcase on the east coast each year. The Apex College Showcase brings hundreds of prospective Gymnastics and Acro and Tumbling athletes and tens of college coaches for a whole two days where athletes can showcase their best skills in front of these coaches for a possible career in college gymnastics.
